1. Exchange Eligibility

We accept exchanges only, not refunds.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition

  • The product must be returned to us before an exchange is processed

Requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.


2. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the damaged product and packaging

Once verified, we will arrange an exchange for the damaged item.


3. Return Process

  • Customers are responsible for returning the product to us

  • Products must be securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your exchange will be processed.


4. Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept exchanges for:

  • Products reported after 24 hours of delivery

  • Used or altered products

  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery
